Standaard
Standard Support includes support via e-mail response within 24 hours

Silver = Standard + 
Telephone support during business hours.

Gold = Silver +
The availability of a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will ensure that your Astragy platform  is successfully used and that best results are obtained from the capabilities of the platform.

The Customer Success Manager is at least 2 days per month on-site providing support where needed and develops new functionality if there is room for and need for it.
